Lottie recently did my permanent eyeliner, brows and lips and I could not be happier. She is an artistic genius! She has dramatically improved my looks and the best part...it's permanent!!! I never have to see my face again "without makeup" and no one else does either :) I am thrilled at the results and I highly recommend Lottie for permanent makeup.
My wife and I both have permanent eye makeup which Lottie has done for us. My wife has her eyebrows and upper and lower eyeliner done, and it is beautiful and natural looking. I have gradually been losing hair in my brows and Lottie has used a new technique of tattooing to fill in my sparse eyebrows. It looks terrific and natural. Her staff is friendly and accommodating, office clean, neat, and tidy. Lottie herself is an absolute gem, talented at her skills and a joy to be around. We highly recommend Lottie for all your skin and hair care needs.

I wouldn't call them discreet. Although the office and setting are pleasant and the staff is nice, the actual technicians are just okay. My technician kept the door open while she worked on me and carried on a conversation with the staff by yelling across the room -- while she was working on me. As for the service, it was okay but I think she had the setting too high and never adjusted it or asked me if it was okay when she switched to different areas. She worked way too long on my lip which stayed swollen for almost 2 days. That has never happened before to me elsewhere. Also, nothing was applied post-procedure to soothe the open pores except ice. No antibiotic cream, etc.
